KitchenSync is a household management application that provides shared shopping lists, inventory tracking, recipe storage, and entertainment features. The App is intended for lawful personal and household use.

KitchenSync uses anonymous authentication. No email or password is required. You may set an optional display name and security PIN to protect your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and household access codes.

Households are created and managed by an admin (the household creator). Shared data — including shopping lists, inventory, and recipes — is visible and editable by all household members. The admin may remove members, transfer data between members, and delete the household. Only share your household code or QR with people you trust. We are not responsible for actions taken by other members you have invited.

KitchenSync may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ad content is controlled by those third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed.

The App may include affiliate links to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party products or services.

Certain features use artificial intelligence, including recipe suggestions and product identification. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You should verify any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unintended advantage

Households with no activity for 30 consecutive days may be automatically deleted, including all associated data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

All content, features, and functionality of KitchenSync — including design, code, graphics, and game assets — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

KitchenSync is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
